ANT1 Cyprus was the first private television station founded in Cyprus in 1993 and also - since 2001 - the only station with a free broadcast license.

Its main purpose is to offer viewers the best news and entertainment, both with Cypriot productions as well as Greek programs, which it broadcasts in cooperation with ANT1 Greece.

ANT1 Cyprus managed to re-assess the television coverage of current affairs, by presenting news with impartiality, always keeping an objective stance. It also completely reformed the advertising market, by creating new opportunities for promotion and simplifying the advertising processes.

The radio station ANT1 FM Cyprus also operates with great success since 1998, thus strengthening the powerful presence of ANTENNA Group in the Cypriot media.
