In the beginning of 2006, ANTENNA Group, in a pioneering move that continued its important investments in the field of digital television, launched ANT1 EUROPE. The channel is broadcast live from Greece, 24 hours a day, and its programming includes all the Greek series, news bulletins, entertainment and news shows broadcast on ANT1 TV. The daily program has been enriched with special programs specifically for Greeks abroad, such as children's animated programs dubbed in Greek, movies of modern Greek cinema, cooking shows with Greek recipes, shows devoted to Greek music, as well as news shows featuring issues relevant to Greeks all around Europe. Sports programming is especially important, as ANT1 EUROPE has acquired broadcast rights for the soccer games of the Greek Soccer Cup.

ANT1 EUROPE is available throughout Europe (except Greece and Cyprus) on satellite through HELLAS SAT. The channel is also available by cable in Germany, on platforms KABEL BW, WILLYTEL, WILLHELM.TEL, UNITYMEDIA and NETCOLOGNE, in France, on platforms FREE, SFR and BOUGYGUE TELECOM and in Turkey on TTNET platform.
